My life has been shaped by a deep desire to make the world a better place and to relieve suffering. I employ massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, and energy work to release tension and dis-ease stored in the body. I additionally support skin health and illuminate your innate beauty by offering facials using only organic and clean products. My goal is to facilitate your overall wellness and body-mind-spirit integration.

my story

My path in personal wellness began when I entered the professional beauty industry 14 years ago in Los Angeles, my hometown (third generation).

I now incorporate bodywork, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and energy work to provide a holistic whole-person approach to wellness. While I primarily practice bodywork (specializing in craniosacral therapy and manual lymphatic drainage) and energy work, I love weaving in holistic aesthetics into my work, because there’s nothing quite like the joy of illuminating a person’s innate beauty and witnessing them step into their power as a fully radiant and embodied being.

I am passionate about health and wellness because I have experienced firsthand the impact that comes with being disconnected from your body and spirit. My intention is for you to experience relief from suffering and move toward embodied wholeness. This is achieved through a holistic approach to your transformation, always taking great care to address mental-emotional states as well as lifestyle factors that impact health. When clients remain open to address those deeper areas that may be causing states of dis-ease and imbalance, a platform is created for more transformational work to occur in session.
